JEM3D Shipping Policy
1. Overview
JEM3D ships all orders within Australia using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled in accordance with Australia Post’s delivery network, systems, and policies, including their official Delivery Policy. (Australia Post)
We aim to ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently to the address provided at checkout.
2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom or made-to-order 3D printed items may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page where applicable.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard parcel services, unless otherwise selected at checkout (e.g. Express Post if available).
Delivery may occur through:

Parcel lockers

Post Office collection (if delivery cannot be completed)
Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe place if Authority to Leave (ATL) is enabled or applicable, otherwise a collection card may be left. (Australia Post)
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and Australia Post service levels:

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post operational conditions, peak periods, and network delays.
5. Tracking

All orders include Australia Post tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped

Customers can monitor delivery progress via the Australia Post tracking system
6. Delivery Authority & Safe Drop
Where applicable, Australia Post may:

Leave parcels in a safe place at the delivery address (Authority to Leave)

Deliver to a parcel locker or post office for collection if delivery is not possible

Request identification upon collection where required
JEM3D is not responsible for parcels once they are marked as delivered by Australia Post.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
JEM3D is not liable for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Parcels returned due to address errors
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once dispatched, parcels are under the care of Australia Post.
If an issue arises:

Customers should first check tracking updates

If a parcel is delayed or missing, an investigation may be lodged with Australia Post

Compensation or claims are handled in accordance with Australia Post’s terms and delivery policy (Australia Post)

9. Undeliverable Items
If a parcel is:

Unclaimed

Refused
-
Or returned to sender due to delivery issues
It may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded (excluding original shipping costs), depending on the situation.
